Upright rack is a kind of warehouse shelf system which is used in conjunction with the rack beam, shelf panel and bracing. Our upright rack roll forming machine can produce a wide range size of the products. The way to change the size is also very convenient. We are equipped with automatic size adjustment function which can quickly change the width and the height. The normal thickness could be 2-2.5mm with raw material Galvanized Coil. Our upright rack roll forming machine consists of 7 parts. First it is equipped with a hydraulic uncoiler. The hydraulic running motor power is 5.5kw and the hydraulic power is 3kw. Its feeding width is 300mm. The raw material of the coil should be Galvanized Steel and its normal thickness is 2-2.5mm. Since the material is thicker, the yield strength is 350Mpa. This whole production line weighs 27.5 tons. The next part is a leveler to prevent the coil bending. The servo feeder motor power is 1.9kw with reducer. Go through the punching part, the machine uses a hydraulic punch. The hydraulic motor power is 11kw offered by hydraulic station. The section of the roll former we use a cast iron structure which is high efficient. There are 18 stands in the forming station and we provide a 15kw motor. The speed of the production line is 4m/min. Next the shearing part uses a hydraulic flying cut. It is a non-stop type which can increase the cutting speed. Finally, there is an out table.
