Step beam roll forming machine is widely used in warehouse system. It used with the shelf panel, bracing etc. The normal thickness of the coil is around 2mm with raw material A-36(Q235). This machine is applied to supermarket, warehouse and industry.

This step beam roll forming machine has 5 sections. At the beginning, it is equipped with a 3 ton manual uncoiler. The manual uncoiler is economical and save space. Its feeding width is 300mm. The raw material of the coil should be A-36(Q235) and its normal thickness is around 2mm. Since the material is thicker, the yield strength is 235Mpa. This whole production line weighs almost 30 tons. The section of the roll former we use a 110 cast iron structure which is more stable. There are 32 stands in the forming station and we provide a 30kw motor. The speed of the production line is around 6m/min. The driving system is gear-box drive which will be more fast. The machine uses a saw cutting method. In the end of this production line, there is an out table.

A: Machine’s working speed depends on drawing specially punch drawing. Normally forming speed is around 20m/min. In addition, considering the complicated punch holes, we recommend that you use a separate punch line to increase production speed, and it’s more cost-effective
