Hydraulic Decoiler

The hydraulic decoiler is designed to automate the coil unwinding process, reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency. It comes equipped with advanced safety features, including the press-arm and coil outward retainer that can prevent the steel coil from falling off and springing up.

 

Leveler

The leveler can smooth out the steel coil, releasing internal stress, which is beneficial for shape forming and precise punching. The shape of the rack upright affects the load-bearing performance.

 

Hydraulic Punch & Servo Feeder

The feeder is driven by a servo motor, which has almost no start-stop time delay and can precisely control the forward length of the steel coil,precisely controling the distance between each hole. Inside the feeder, pneumatic feeding is used to effectively protect the surface of the steel coil from being scratched.

The hydraulic punch is powered by a hydraulic station. When the standalone hydraulic punch machine works, other parts of the production line can continue to operate without being affected during punching. It is powered by a hydraulic station.

 

The standalone hydraulic punching machine allows space to store the steel coil between the punching and forming stages. During punching, the forming machine can continue running to increase the overall efficiency and output of the production line. Note that when producing uprights of different sizes, the molds must also be changed accordingly.

 

Guiding

Guiding rollers ensure that the steel coil and machine are aligned along the same centerline, preventing distortion during the forming process. The upright is an important part that supports the stability of the rack frame, and its straightness affects the overall stability of the shelf.

 

Roll Forming Machine

This roll forming machine uses a cast-iron structure and a gearbox driving system. This machine can produce multiple sizes by adjusting the rollers manually. We also offer more automated solutions where the forming stations automatically move to change sizes.

PLC Control Cabinet & Encoder&Flying Hydraulic Cutting Machine

Encoders are vital in providing essential feedback for position, speed, and synchronization. The encoder can convert the sensed length of the steel coil into electrical signals and transmit them to the PLC control cabinet.

 

On the control cabinet display screen, production speed, output per production cycle, cutting length, and other parameters can be controlled. With accurate measurement and feedback from the encoder, the cutting machine can control the cutting error within ±1mm.

 

This hydraulic cutting machine does not produce waste material with each cut, saving material costs. However, different upright sizes require one separate blade.

The cutting machine can move backward and forward at the same speed of the roll forming machine, so the production line can keep working without stopping.

 

Hydraulic Station

The hydraulic station provides the necessary hydraulic power to operate equipment like the hydraulic decoiler and the hydraulic cutter. It comes fitted with cooling fans designed for efficient heat dissipation, guaranteeing uninterrupted operation and boosting productivity. Renowned for its low failure rates, this hydraulic station is built to last, ensuring long-term durability.

 

For hot regions, we recommend increasing the size of the hydraulic reservoir to allow more heat dissipation and provide a larger volume of fluid for heat absorption.
