Hydraulic decoiler with leveler
This machine is an optimized combination of decoiler and leveler, with simple structure, which makes maintenance and operation easier. The hydraulic decoiler is powered by a hydraulic station, which can save labor cost. The pressing arm can protect workers from being injured when the steel coil suddenly bounces off when changing the steel coil.
Servo feeder
We use the servo feeder to cooperate with the punch press for fast precision punching. The servo feeder gets power from a servo motor, compared with the regular motor, it can make the feeder almost have no start and stop time, which can make the production process more efficient and smooth. Operated by PLC control cabinet, it has the advantages of simple operation, high feeding accuracy and strong stability.
Punch press
In this process, the punch press punches notches along the edges of the steel coil, placed for connecting the wire mesh. Given the consistent nature of these perforations, a punch press is highly recommended over hydraulic punch.
Roll former
Because the shape of the peach-type wire mesh fence post is relatively complicated, 32 forming stations are configured, which is enough to ensure the products conforming to customer’s drawing. The roll forming machine has a wall panel structure and a chain driving system. Wall panel structure is a very cost-effective choice, and it also get a lot of praise for the stability.
The chain driving system is traditional and common, it can work in harder conditions like high temperature and oil pollution. And, we will add a cover on the chains to protect workers.
Flying saw cut
Due to the enclosed shape of the fence post, we employ a saw cutter to prevent any distortion that might occur with regular hydraulic cutter. This saw cutter ensures a smooth and burr-free cut. Moreover, the integrated flying saw cutter doesn't stop and wait for the conveyance of the last post after cutting; it operates continuously, significantly enhancing the line's automation and efficiency. Finally, the well-cut posts reach the out table.
Inside the roll forming machine, an encoder is used to record the steel coil's advancing distance, enabling PLC controller to precisely control the cutting length within ±0.5mm error. Workers only need to input the desired cutting length on the PLC screen to cut precisely.

Introduction:
