VIDEO 1: 0.3-3*1600 SLT1600 Pro Slitting Line
This is the STL1600 PRO slitting line produced by Linbay Machinery.
The decoiler is equipped with a loading car which can move levelly and vertically, and is convenient for putting the steel coils into the decoiler, and the max loading weight can be 20 Tons.
The double -roller pinch with 5 leveling rollers will feed the coil strip.
The coil head shear uses for cutting coil tongue and fish tail, cutting type is by hydraulic cylinder driven blade frame to conduct cutting.
The first loop it is used to eliminate the different speed and make the plates which in wrong rail to back the right way.
This production line is equipped with two slitting machines. After the slitting of one specification is completed, the slitting equipment can be removed through the track, and then another slitting equipment with adjusted blade spacing can be installed to continue slitting. This can greatly improve production efficiency.
Changing the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.
The motor power of slitter is 90KW DC motor with reducer and universal joint. And the maximum slitting speed can reach 200m/min, and the thickness of the steel coil is 0.3-3mm.
Each side of slitting machine has a scrap winder device.
The scrap will be collected at the same time as slitting.
Each device can load 200 kilograms.
The second loop when working , the bridges will lift down , the steel will be stored in the pit.
There is equipped with the photoelectricity devices to adjust the high or low speed.
The pre-separator&tensioner is used to divide the strips and adjust the tension power for rewinding to ensure the rewinding coils be tight and in high precision.
Separator will divide the proceed steel coils neatly.
The recoiler adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the coils inner diameter, driven by gearbox.
It is equipped with the hydraulic pushing device to unload the coils.
The discharging car carries the slitted coils and movable lifting.
