Cut to Length Production Line

VIDEO 1: 3*12-2000 Cut to Length Line, CTL machine
This cut-to-length line is manufactured by Linbay Machinery, which can process steel coils with thickness of 3-12mm.
The decoiler is equipped with a loading car which can move levelly and vertically, and is convenient for putting the steel coils into the decoiler, and the max loading weight can be 30 Tons. To make sure coil on centerline, the double mandrels bidirectionally move toward or faraway each other.
The decoiler is designed with the press arm, the roller is made by rubber, this design is used to prevent the coils from loosing.
This electric conveying table will transfer plate from decoiler to leveler.
The diameter of each roller is up to 140mm.
There will be central aligning before entering the leveler.
Two pairs of vertical rollers to align the steel strip on the center line of Cut-to-length.
The leveler has an upper 7-roller and lower 8-roller structure. A 130kw DC motor is used, and the strong power makes the surface of the thick plate flat.
Between the leveling machine and shearing machine is feeding and high precision encoder.
The cutting frequency of this high-speed shearing machine can be as fast as 22 times per minute. The cut edges have no burrs and are very smooth.
This conveying table is composed of stand, spacing rollers, support rollers, oscillating table, etc, and the table is as the transition from shearing machine to palletizer.
After the plate enters the automatic palletizer, a pneumatic push arm will push the plate flat.
