This roll forming machine can produce 1.5-3mm angle steel.
For the punching part, it can be decided whether to use hydraulic punching station or punch press according to the needs of customers. The hydraulic punch station is more economic, but working speed is limited, the punch press has a faster punch speed. Hole pattern is also customized at touch screen.
All forming stations are made by iron cast, which has 60mm thickness and it's the most stable structure in all and ensures the stability of the forming machine when producing thick panel, quite wear-resistant.
The PLC control cabinet has complete functions and simple operation, and can control all parameters of the entire line.
The post-cut system always has a higher-precision product in profile and cutting length.
