BOX BEAM ROLL FORMING MACHINE

This is box beam roll forming machine manufactured by Linbay Machinery. The whole line is made up of two main components, one roll former to make the C-shaped beam and the other seaming machine to combine two C-beams into box beam.


The flow chart of this video is 3 Tons decoiler-leveler-precut system-roll former-transport table-seaming machine-out table.


The different size of the product can be controlled by the PLC control cabinet to control the motor on the forming machine,  and the width of the frame can be adjusted by horizontally moving the frame.


We used cast iron stands as machine's structure, this ensures working thickness can be Max. 2.5mm and this gives machine long working life.

VIDEO 4: Full Auto Box Beam Roll Forming Machine with Seaming Machine

Today Linbay Machinery introduces our fully automatic production line of box beam. This production line only needs 2 workers, one operate at the control box and other one at the out table. This machine can produce multiple sizes of box beam, it has an automatic size change system.
From the roll forming machine part to seaming machine part is also automatic, the fist profile waiting for the second profile, and the air cylinder turn over the second profile on the first one, and push them into seaming machine to become a complete unit of box beam. This production process doesn't need welding them together, it saves workers and cost and time.

VIDEO 5: Shelf Box Roll Forming Machine

This shelf box roll forming machine is manufactured by Linbay Mahcinery for Joedan customer.


This is a highly automated forming line.
After the shelf box is formed it automatically enters the bending mould for processing.


The length, width and other dimensions of the product are adjusted on the control cabinet.


It greatly enhances the customer's production efficiency and reduces production costs.
After the coil enters the forming machine it first enters the punching process, where Koyo brand high precision encoder measures the length.


Our control interface has a clear logic and a wide range of adjustable items.


The operating system can be customised in English, Russian, Spanish and other languages.
Multiple batch tasks can be set up on the control panel and product parameters can be stored for later retrieval.


The feed width can also be adjusted on the control panel. After setting the parameters, the traverse motors on rthe side of the machine in conjunction with the reduction gear can automatically adjust the width.


Once the product has been formed on both sides, the automatic spot welder will weld the inside of the product.


After all the product is finished on both sides, it enters the cross-cutting machine for cutting and then goes on the conveyor belt for the next stage of head and tail bending.


If the customer has a requirement for production speed, two sets of head and tail bending lines can be set up behind the forming machine. This is because the forming part of the line can be sped up, but the bending speed is fixed.


The semi-finished product is bent three times after passing through two bending dies.
To cope with the difficulty of getting engineers out of the country due to the COVID-19, every Linbay machine exported comes with a video installation manual and instruction manual, and English-speaking engineers are available to assist customers remotely with the installation and use of the machine.

VIDEO 7: Step Beam Roll Forming Machine With Flying Saw Cut

This is step beam roll forming machine manufactured by Linbay Machinery.
At the feeding part, we use structure of 4 pich rollers and 7 leveling rollers to ensure the flatness of feeding coil.
The main feature of this machine is that the width can be adjusted by changing sleeving to produce multi-size step beams.
The size can be changed within half an hour, which is convenient and precise.
Except step beam roll forming machine, Linbay's forming machines can manufacture all components of shelf system. Such as upright, shelf rack, shelf panel, box beam roll forming machine and etc.
The products made by shelf system roll forming machines use as racks and shelves for supporting the daily commodities in supermarkets, and shops, and factory warehouses.
The end of the forming machine is equipped with a fully automatic spot welder. The position and number of spot welds can be operated by an independent PLC control cabinet. The surface of the spot welding effect is smooth and beautiful.
The cutting method we use is flying saw cut.
With this cutting method, there are no burrs in the product and the cutting speed is so fast that there is no need to stop the forming machine.
