This is our TR80+ Floor deck roll forming machine. TR80+ is a popular English metal deck profile drawing. This profile drawing is also similar to Comlor80 profile. This roll forming machine will be shipped to Iraq and Saudi Arabia. 

The customer uses S350 and 1mm thickness galvanized steel. The height 80mm, side embossment 4mm high, top embossment 3mm high, this profile drawing is difficult to make from design technology and from machining precision. This machine has totally 33 forming stations, around 30 meters long. Slow forming makes the hard steel have a rational mechanical force behaviour and increase the force surface without damaging it.
