Since March 2022, a round of spread of OMICRON strain in and around Shanghai was triggered, and Shanghai and the surrounding cities started a difficult epidemic prevention management, in order to stop the continued spread of the virus, the transportation industry was the first to be seriously affected, and the foreign trade was also impacted as a result. From May, the transportation industry slowly recovered and our factory started to ship under the premise of resolutely cooperating with the government's anti-epidemic policy. May 7 was the day we tried to crate FOB Shanghai for the first time. The following is the whole shipping process. Step 1: In order to allow Shanghai truckers to enter Wuxi city, the factory first had to submit an application by cell phone one day in advance, that is, on May 6, uploading the trucker's identity information as well as nucleic acid test reports and other information, and then signing a commitment letter to the epidemic prevention leader of the industrial park, and after the leader approved the application, the factory was able to obtain an electronic pass for vehicles transporting materials to and from Shanghai. Step 2: On May 7, when the truck driver got off the Wuxi highway entrance, the truck driver needed to queue up at the highway entrance to do the nucleic acid test again and wait for about 40 minutes, and the nucleic acid test result needs to be negative. At the same time, the factory sent someone wearing protective clothing and a mask to pick up the truck driver at the entrance and allowed him to enter Wuxi City after the truck door was sealed, the truck driver's entire trip needed to be videotaped. Step 3: After the truck arrives at the factory, the factory personnel who wear protective clothing disinfected the container and the truck, and then were allowed to load. Step 4: After the loading was completed, factory personnel disinfected the container and truck again, and then sent the truck driver to the highway entrance, and the entire journey of the truck driver needed to be videotaped again. The truck driver cannot leave the cab during the whole process, limiting the driving route to reduce contact and prevent the spread of the virus. LINBAY MACHINERY shipped our upright rack roll forming machine to Chile on December 26, 2021. This production line produces the vertical column of 2-3mm thickness. We use hydraulic punch station to make the perforations because we can guarantee that our customers will use our equipment as soon as they receive it.
