On November 23rd, we shipped two machines: one for racks and another for cross bracing. Many customers in need of shelves choose to purchase both machines, as cross bracing and racks are complementary in the shelving system; cross bracing must be fixed to the racks. This customer chose to perforate both at the bottom and at the height of the cross bracing, allowing for two assembly methods with the rack. We will ensure to provide each customer with installation video and user manual to ensure they can successfully complete the production.
