On December 12th, Linbay Machinery sent another shelving roll forming machine, specifically designed for the production of step beams. This machine enables self-adjustable displacement, facilitating the manufacturing of profiles of varying heights. Flying weld and cut have been implemented to increase the efficiency of the entire production line. The cut profiles maintain their aesthetic appeal without deformations. Prior to shipment, we conducted a meticulous and rigorous adjustment to ensure that our customers only need to perform a simple installation before putting the machine into operation.
