1. What is a drywall framing system?
A drywall framing system is a structural solution widely used in modern construction, especially in interior partitions, ceilings, room divisions, and wall cladding.
Its main features include:

2. Which profiles are included in a complete system?
Although the names may vary by country, a complete drywall system usually includes:
(1) STUD — Vertical Stud
Function: main structural member that supports the boards.
Common sizes: 38/50/75/90 mm
Thickness: 0.4–1.0 mm
(2) TRACK — Upper and Lower Track
Function: guides the installation of the STUDs.
Dimensions: match the corresponding STUD sizes
Generally produced without perforations.
(3) Furring Channel — Ceiling Profile
Function: supports the ceiling system.
Common names: Furring, Ceiling Channel
Lightweight, stable, and widely used.
(4) Omega Profile
Function: support for gypsum boards, PVC panels, or wooden boards.
Economical and easy to install.
Commonly used in lightweight partitions.
(5) Angle / Corner Bead
Function: protects and reinforces corners and edges.
Thin material, usually without perforations.
(6) Wall Channel / Ceiling Channel
Function: strengthens the overall structure of the system.
Typical thickness: 0.5–1.2 mm
The geometry varies depending on the region (Asia, Mexico, South America).
