China-Crash barrier roll forming machine

Recently LINBAY MACHINERY has just installed a highway guardrail roll forming machine in our workshop of guardrail, where we are producing guardrails for Chinese road safety project. This machine can make three waves thrie beam crash barrier and two waves W beam crash barrier. It uses double head heay duty hydraulic decoiler, press head to prevent the coil from uncoiling and hurting operators, the shovel head at the enterance of the leveler makes its process easier, and we adopt Yangli brand Punch stands which is more stable and resistent. At the roll forming part, we put a 90KW motor, so the forming speed is very fast up to 20mmin. At the end, we use a automatic stacking machine. It can save manpower and time. Whole line normal speed is up to 12m/min, no any scratch at the galvanized surface, high-precision hole positions. Very nice machine.
