This door frame roll forming machine is manufactured by Linbay for our Southeast Asian customer.
This hydraulic punching system uses high-pressure hydraulic punching, and the punching speed is fast.
With 4 independent oil cylinders, it has high flexibility and can diversify the hole patterns.
The main feature of this line is the ability to produce a complete set of door frames in three stages. There is no need to produce them in sections and then lap them together.
The entire roll former section is covered with a sliding wire mesh. This greatly enhances production safety and ensures easy access for maintenance.
In order to solve the problem of the inconvenience of traveling abroad to install the machine, we will make a customized video installation tutorial and a written guide for each of our customers, as well as a remote guide for our English-speaking engineers to install and use the machine.
The cutting method is hydraulic cut, and the transesection is flat and burr-free.
After the hydraulic shear there is another set of hydraulic punches, which are designed to be pressed again after the product is formed.

This PU garage door panel roll forming machine is manufactured by Linbay Machiney.

After the steel plate is leveled, it enters a 250-ton hydraulic press. This production line uses a pre-cut structure.
The sheet is automatic fed into roll forming machine by conveying platform.
Linbay generally uses 3m conveying platform, which can also be lengthened according to customer requirements.
All roll forming stations are made by cast iron.
The normal production speed can be 6m per minute.
