This stud and track roll forming machine is produced by Linbay Machinery.
The normal production speed can be up to 30m per minute.
There have embossing machine with replaceable patterns on the forming machine.
After forming part, the line continues with flying cut system.
The whole process of cutting need not to stop forming. And we use Yaskawa brand sercomotor to accurately position the cutting position.
